Qualcare is regularly looking for committed, driven and experienced Disability Support workers to join our growing team throughout Victoria. Your compassionate dedicated attitude and ability to engage and communicate with a variety of clients will serve you well in this position.

To ensure your application can be processed as soon as possible, please complete the Job Application form, provide consent for your name to be checked against the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme (DWES), and attach your up-to-date resume, cover letter, qualifications and current police check.

Upon submitting your application, this will be sent to our Recrutiment Coordinator who will assess your skills, experience and suitability in line with our current vacancies and future opportunities within our wide network of clients.  The timing of this process can vary, but typically can take up to 2 weeks depending on the amount of information provided.

Once we have assessed your suitability you will be contacted to attend an interview, where you will be required to bring all your supporting documentation (Qualifications, Current police certificate (issued less than 6 months ago), First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check (Employee card),  drivers licence and work rights docuemtnation (passport and visa details) – if applicable. Progress from this point will be dependent on the outcome of your name checked against the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme (DWES).
